Having trouble logging in? Don’t worry, we can help. Just select your situation below and we’ll walk you through the steps.


Your application administrator should have provided you with your username and password when they registered you in the application. To inquire about access or obtaining access, please contact your application administrator.

For Shore Users:
To log in for first time, use the same username and password as your Lotus Notes username and password.
If you don't have a Notes username, please use the credentials that your application administrator has provided.
For Fleet Users:
Consult your IT Officer for login details.

Changing your password on a regular basis is a good practice to ensure your credentials are secure. In order to change your password, you must know your username and password.

If you get this message at the log in screen, you have typed the wrong username/password combination. If you have tried again and are still receiving the same error, you can contact one of the following:

For security reasons, some sites require the site administrator to provide access. Please contact your site administrator and let them know that you can successfully log in, but require access to the site..
